VWE informs that as a subject of personal data you have the right to:

• request access to or rectification of personal data;
• object to specific processing of personal data;
• delete your personal data (the right to be forgotten) or change or limit their processing;
• transfer and receive a copy of your personal data;
• not agreeing or withdrawing the consent given;
• not being subject to a decision that is based solely on automated processing.

You can easily manage your consents and exercise your rights indicated above and set out in the Regulations by submitting an application to VWE via: website: www.vigo.ventures, email to rodo@vigo.ventures, or directly in writing at the headquarters of VWE (ul. Marszałkowska 126/134, 00-008 Warsaw).

(information note: VWE: 1) will be the administrator of your personal data, 2) will make this data available only to authorized employees and associates of VWE, 3) will not send them outside the EEA, 4) will not perform profiling (i.e. processing that can be customized) offer to your interests and needs), 5) will not make automatic decisions having a significant effect on you, 6) will process data until you withdraw your consent or in the period in which it is necessary for the purposes set out in the Regulations, but no longer than required)
